A very Seasonal Christmas Dinner

This Christmas, our long-awaited Christmas dinner excelled itself once again and represented everything Seasonal and local. Beef Wellington has become the Christmas Day tradition in our household. We sourced our whole beef fillet from our local award-winning family butcher, Barrett Bros in Crewkerne. We accompanied the Wellington with British Maris Piper potatoes- disguised by creamy
